Confirm what the Kentucky HCB waiver provider directory says about your agency and decide how it appears. It is free, there is nothing to buy, and claiming does not sign you up for anything.

What claiming does

  • Marks the listing Verified by agency, with the month you confirmed it.
  • Lists verified agencies first on the directory and on their region pages.
  • Lets you choose the contact name shown, or show none.
  • Lets you show whether you are accepting new participants.

How we verify

A person checks every claim, by matching your email address to your agency's website or by calling the number on the listing. Your email address is never published.

One Care Portal makes software for waiver agencies and is not affiliated with DAIL or CHFS. The directory is free whether or not you ever talk to us.
