Hi everybody. I'm Amy and I am a case manager for the home- and community-based waiver in Kentucky. And going to an electronic file system for client management has been a game-changer. We're not tied to an office. We're not tied to paper files that were tedious and time-consuming to maintain. We can do it all online. File maintenance is easy. Making our contact notes online is easy and quicker. What used to take me hours and hours has now cut it probably down by half. That leaves me more time to spend with my clients. That leaves me more time personally to get out and do the things that I enjoy doing. Ram and his team of developers have worked with us for over two years and he has came a long way from the beginning to where he's at now and I love being part of that and he has been fantastic working with what we need in a file, working with the documentations that we need, making our contact notes, making our service authorization form. All these are integral to what we do as a case manager and saving time. Who doesn't want to save time? Ram is fantastic to work with. His developers are great. If you're thinking about going to an electronic file system for your case management, for your attendant care, or for your ADHC, I would highly recommend working with Ram and using One Care Portal. It's fantastic and I don't ever want to go back to paper.

Hi, my name is Glenn and I work for Healthy Adult Day Health Care, and we've been using One Care Portal for several years now. It is a great opportunity to transition from paper files, in the day and age that we live in, to this digital format where everything is all in one place. We have access to our employee files and all of their documents, as well as client files. So, if we were ever audited, we have all the information there whenever it is necessary. I would highly recommend this product for those that are case managers, for those that are in the adult day care industry, because it's highly customizable. So, as your needs change, as employees come and go, the staff at One Care Portal can have amazing response times and everything like that to make sure that this product is built and specifically customized to your specific needs.
