## Product fit

Case Management, then Billing/RCM, then Compliance Review.

Alaska calls waiver case management "care coordination." Care coordination agencies serving the Alaskans Living Independently (ALI), Adults with Physical and Developmental Disabilities (APDD), Children with Complex Medical Conditions (CCMC), People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Individualized Supports (ISW) waivers, and Community First Choice participants can use One Care Portal to run assigned caseloads, contact notes, follow-up and supervisor review. It is the agency's working system beside the SDS Harmony Data System and Alaska Medicaid's provider portal, not a replacement for them.

Exact payer, plan, transaction, enrollment, and claim-type fit is confirmed during setup. The 835 ERA Dashboard is included within Billing/RCM and is also available on its own.

## Boundaries

- No connection to Harmony, the Alaska Medicaid provider portal, the EVV system or any other state system.
- Not certified, endorsed or approved by the Alaska Department of Health or SDS.
- No electronic visit verification, GPS capture or installed mobile app. It runs in the browser.
- No pre-built official Alaska forms. Note sections and required fields are set up with your agency.
- No automatic enforcement of contact cadence. Your team still schedules and tracks it.
- SDS certifies care coordination agencies and coordinators. One Care Portal does not certify, enroll or approve anyone.

## Programs and contact documentation

See the canonical page for program-specific minimums, state-system boundaries and linked sources. Read October 2026; SDS and the Alaska Administrative Code control current requirements.
